Jaeden Wesley Lieberher (born January 4, 2003) is an American actor. He is known for starring as Bill Denbrough in the horror film It (2017), and for his leading roles in the films St. Vincent, Midnight Special, The Confirmation[1] and The Book of Henry.

Life and career

Jaeden Lieberher was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on January 4, 2003,[2] the son of Angela Martell and chef Wes Lieberher. He grew up in South Philadelphia where he attended the Independence Charter School. In 2011, when he was 8 years old, the family moved to Los Angeles.[3]

Lieberher's first acting role was in a commercial for Hot Wheels. He appeared in several other commercials after that, including Google, Moneysupermarket.com, Liberty Mutual, Hyundai (for the 2013 Super Bowl), Verizon Fios and General Electric.[4][5] His first major feature film role was in 2014's St. Vincent, where he starred alongside Bill Murray. Murray later recommended Lieberher to Cameron Crowe for the director's 2015 film, Aloha.[3]
