ਵਲਵਲਾ

ਮਨੋਵਿਗਿਆਨ ਅਤੇ ਫ਼ਲਸਫ਼ੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਲਵਲਾ ਜਾਂ ਭਾਵਨਾ ਜਾਂ ਜਜ਼ਬਾ ਇੱਕ ਅੰਤਰਮੁਖੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਚੇਤ ਅਨੁਭਵ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਹਦੇ ਮੁਢਲੇ ਲੱਛਣ ਮਨੋਸਰੀਰਕ ਪ੍ਰਗਟਾਅ, ਜੀਵ ਕਿਰਿਆਵਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਨਸਿਕ ਸਥਿਤੀਆਂ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਵਲਵਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਆਮ ਤੌਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਮੂਡ, ਸੁਭਾਅ, ਸ਼ਖ਼ਸੀਅਤ, ਮਿਜ਼ਾਜ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਨਾ ਨਾਲ਼ ਜੁੜਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ-ਦੂਜੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਅਸਰ ਪਾਉਂਦਾ ਸਮਝਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।[1] ਵਲਵਲੇ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਨਾ, ਭਾਵੇਂ ਉਹ ਅਗਾਂਹ-ਵਧੂ ਹੋਵੇ ਭਾਵੇਂ ਪਿਛਾਂਹ-ਹਟੂ, ਪਿੱਛੇ ਇੱਕ ਵੱਡਾ ਹੱਥ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ।[2] An alternative definition of emotion is a "positive or negative experience that is associated with a particular pattern of physiological activity."[3]
