29 East 32nd Street

29 East 32nd Street (also known as Old Grolier Club or Gilbert Kiamie House) in New York City was originally the Grolier Club building when it was built in 1889. It is now called the Madison and was designated as a landmark in 1970. Its architecture is considered Richardsonian Romanesque.

Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre

The Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre, formerly called the Royale Theatre and the John Golden Theatre, is a Broadway theatre located at 242 West 45th Street (George Abbott Way) in Midtown Manhattan, New York City.

Edith Fabbri House

The Edith Fabbri House is an Italian Renaissance revival-style townhouse that is located at 7 East 95th Street on New York City's Upper East Side.

Edward S. Harkness House

The Edward S. Harkness House, located at 1 East 75th Street and Fifth Avenue, is a mansion in the Upper East Side of New York City. It was constructed between 1907 and 1908 for Edward Harkness by James Gamble Rogers, a principal of the firm Hale & Rogers.It received landmark status in 1967. The Landmarks Preservation Commission's designation described the building as "an imposing residence in the style of an Italian Renaissance palazzo." Today the Commonwealth Fund, founded by Harkness and his mother, has its headquarters there.

Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre

The Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre is a Broadway theatre, previously known as the Plymouth Theatre, located at 236 West 45th Street (George Abbott Way) in midtown Manhattan and renamed in 2005 in honor of Gerald Schoenfeld.

Designed by architect Herbert J. Krapp to resemble the neighboring Shubert and Booth theatres designed by Henry B. Herts, the building was constructed by the Shubert brothers in 1917-18, christened the Plymouth Theatre, and leased to producer Arthur Hopkins. He intended it to be a venue for legitimate plays starring notable actors such as John and Lionel Barrymore. The premiere production was A Successful Calamity, a comedy with William Gillette and Estelle Winwood.

After Hopkins died in 1948, control of the theatre returned to the Shuberts, who still own the property, which was designated a New York landmark in 1987. The 1,080-seat house was renamed after Gerald Schoenfeld, chairman of the Shubert Organization, in 2005.

Hardenbergh/Rhinelander Historic District

The Hardenberg/Rhinelander Historic District is a small historic district in the Carnegie Hill neighborhood of the Upper East Side of Manhattan, New York City. It was created by the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission on May 5, 1998, and consists of six brick, brownstone and terra cotta Northern Renaissance Revival rowhouses along Lexington Avenue between East 89th and 90th Streets, and one apartment building, referred to as "French Flats" at the time, on East 89th Street. All the buildings were constructed in 1888–1889.

The name of the district derives from the architect, Henry J. Hardenbergh, and the owner and developer of the properties, the Estate of William C. Rhinelander. The Rhinelanders were a prominent family in the area.

Payne Whitney House

Red House (Manhattan)

The Red House is a 1903 apartment building on Manhattan's Upper West Side in New York City. It was built on land owned by Canadian architect R. Thomas Short of the Beaux-Arts firm, Harde & Short. He and his firm designed and built the building in a free eclectic mix of French late Gothic and English Renaissance motifs, using red brick and limestone with bold black-painted mullions in the fenestration. The center is recessed, behind a triple-arched screen.

It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on September 8, 1983.

The Yorkville Bank Building at 201–203 East 85th Street, 1511-1515 Third Avenue, Manhattan, New York City, was designed by Robert Maynicke. An example of Renaissance Revival architecture, it was built for the Yorkville Bank in 1905 and was designated a landmark by the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission in 2012.The building was operated as a bank until 1991, when it was converted to retail space on its ground floor and a fitness center on its upper floors.
